Summary

Arthos Z. Phantom was a male Zenolian, son of Spectra G. Phantom and Valery Zaptros. He was also known as Doctor Francis Leclair on Earth. At the age of 16, he joined the Academy of Xeykari of Magistrate City, learning that he was powerful with telekinesis. He later joined the Z-Templar. Arthos lived most of his life on Earth and Zeno. In 2072 A.D., King Renald X. Ion called him to the Ion Manor, tasking him with an important mission, infiltrate and learn about Harbourage Elucidati. For 10 years, Arthos learned every secret Harbourage Elucidati had. But one day, when reporting back to Zeno, a member of the Harbourage Elucidati, found Arthos speaking to a Zenolian. The man grabbed his pistol and was about to shoot Arthos, when he use his telekinetic powers to steal the gun from is hand and use it against the man. Arthos dispose of the body and immediatly departed to Zeno.
